I have two Land-Rovers on Zen's Chernarus server. They came with a key.
After hopping to Livonia and back neither can be unlocked or interacted with in anyway.
Land-Rover 1 was stored in the trader garage and when it was retrieved after the hop I could no longer interact with either with the key or the driver side front wheel or wait ten minutes for the safezone lock to expire. The trader garage would store and retrieve okay until the car was left out over a server restart at which point after that it was no longer be recognised in the garage screen.
Land-Rover 2 was not stored but was parked and locked with the key at the trader safe zone. After a quick hop to Livonia and back I could not interact with this car either and the garage system did not detect it.
As a final test a stored Ada was retrieved and a key paired and the maplink used to hop to Livonia and back. The car is now totally locked up and is not seen by the garage system.
Not saying this is your bug but I believe there is some incompatibility with map link and purchased expansion vehicles that come with a key.
I will try and report the same issue with the expansion team.
