Formatting/Data: Does not enroll for pk3 at 3064

@mepps and @psteininger: Can you help us determine why PK3-KG are appearing as "Does Not Accept Enrollment." Here's the overview file:

Ben is aware that Grade 7 is present in one array but not the other, and is looking into the issue.

Again, per Gwen's initial note, the expected result is that as all grades accept enrollment, the labels should not be present on this school's Equity Report.

There are a couple of issues. One is that pk3 and pk4 are the grade keys in the enrollment_equity file but in the overview they are ps and pk. Also, in grades serviced grade 7 is there but not in grades accepted. This is what's causing it to show the enrollment labels, because it checks that the lengths of the two arrays are equal.

What needs to happen on my end for this? I'm a bit unclear on what is needed to close this issue...

Do I need to send over a new school overview file with the correct keys? Those are the old keys and they existed far before I arrived/knew of their existence and are not present on our GitHub but definitely appear in the Social Driver GitHub for LearnDC.

@mepps made the fix here in the specific school overview file but we seem to be in agreement across the board about migrating the files and the ETL that created them to the GitHub repository at some unspecified point in the future!

I can verify that I made the change manally for this specific school.

I just wanted to check on something. What grades does this school service? In the data, it only has through grade 5, in overview.json it has through grade 7 in one place and grade 6 in another. I want to make sure I made the correct change. Thanks!

I can check on this for you! We have a grades accepted file and the school mapping that tells which grades I grades actually enrolled there.
