Add Scheduled Cleanup Job

Create a scheduled task to remove expired temporary records from the database.

Acceptance Criteria
Cleanup runs automatically.
Only expired data is removed.
Job execution is logged.

I'll implement a scheduled cleanup job that runs automatically, safely removes only expired temporary records from the database, logs each execution with a summary of the cleanup results, and add tests to verify that valid records remain untouched while expired ones are deleted correctly.
