Currently, we still need to build and finalize the design for the acrylic base + top. By that, I mean the actual object that resembles the chess pieces that go on top of the robot is made of acrylic, and consists of a base (that attaches to the top of the robot) and then the top, which actually resembles the chess piece in question. The top designs need to be collapsible and able to mount to acrylic base.
I believe we had basic designs already, you'll need to ask Colin, Jason, or Mason about that (if you don't know who those are, come to me and I can point them out for you). One of our sheets of acrylic is in the senior design storage, the other two have already been ordered by Natalie's dad. For the one in senior design storage, we'll need to transport that to him so they can be cut.
So basically, just figure out the final design for the base and top, sketch a schematic or specify dimensions for it, and we should be able to get to cooking.
