Verify the functionality of /unseed

When we were checking issue882, codex mentioned that the /unseed does not work. We didn't verify.

The controller does fire and it sends a command to the database through Hibernate. However, when the student records are deleted the child tables are not setup to cascade delete! So, thats where it fails!
The fix would be to tell AI to fix this probably through cascade deletes!
