The menu header should contain the following four options
1. Pin Tests
2. Organs
3. Lessons
4. Collaborate
When a menu item is selected:
1. A line should appear underneath it indicating that it's selected.
2. Cards for that menu item should appear. For the demo, we only need to show cards for lessons. Bonus if you can show blank cards for other menu options
When a user hovers over the menu the entire menu should expand and display more information.
