Everything lands, gets polished, and the site goes live on the domain once registration clears (PRD §9 dependency).

Work

• Sitemap + robots; per-locale sitemaps from Launch hardening: SEO, analytics, performance, final honesty pass #6
• Open Graph/Twitter cards per page (template + per-page overrides)
• Structured data: Organization + SoftwareApplication (honest description, no pricing claims)
• Cloudflare Web Analytics wired (cookieless); language-dimension report identified for the Spanish-demand decision
• Performance pass against the ≥95/≥95 budget (fonts, images, zero-JS audit)
• Final honesty review in EN and AR against FR-9 (second pass by fresh eyes)
• Legal/footer sweep: licenses, venue nominative-use wording, keel.sh disambiguation, not-a-fatwa/not-advice disclaimers
• Launch checklist in docs/: domain wiring (from Scaffold the Astro site with an RTL-ready design system #1), HTTPS/www redirects, announcement draft for Discussions (naming venues explicitly, per standing rule)
• Add the site link to the engine repo README (the one engine-repo touch allowed by PRD §10)

Launch-hardening update (e6555b8):

• llms.txt at root (SEO roadmap 1.5)
• Lighthouse: 24/24 pages swept (EN + AR, all docs). Performance 100 on every page; accessibility 100 on every page; SEO 100 on every page — PRD criterion 6 (≥95/≥95) exceeded. Fixes shipped en route: locale-switch accessible name, doc heading-order (H1-only demotion), scoped table headers for the runbook matrix (new rehype plugin), shiki dual-theme contrast, community card heading level.
• Honesty review (FR-9 criterion 7), EN + AR, run against the built pages: zero testimonial/urgency language; every profit/promise mention in EN lives inside the engine's own rendered experiment/runbook records (verbatim FR-4 content, not site copy); AR wording clean; standing disclaimers present on all 24 pages in both languages; honest-result numbers in full EN/AR parity (incl. صفر من 90 / من 82); fatwa boundary, nominative-use, and keel.sh + KEEL-ticker disambiguation everywhere.
• Remaining: GSC property + sitemap submission (needs the live production URL — deferred with the domain, Wire keeltrading.com custom domain once registration completes #9)
• Recommended before announcing: one native-Arabic-reader pass over the compliance/fiqh wording (the automated review verifies framing and parity; a human reader verifies nuance)
