When v0.11 ships (keel#474): flip the Install copy, let the changelog announce, post EN/AR/FR

The Install page's browser section says "on main, in the next release" (PR #43, rev 2026-08-20.8). When the engine cuts v0.11 — tracked as CodeGateSoftware/keel#474 — that copy flips to "shipped in v0.11", with the rev bumped in all three locales.

Follow-through when the release lands

• Flip the Install copy ×3 (EN/AR/FR); rev bump in step
• The changelog page picks the release up automatically on the hourly build — verify it lands newest-first with the macOS app assets listed
• Announcements in the #460/#461/#462 style: what shipped (browser surface, keychain credentials, background market data, browser attest/promote, WAL, the macOS app), the honest unsigned note linking the desktop-install walkthrough, and the keel definition reminder — EN/AR/FR, cross-linked
