Social presence: reserve handles, create phase-1 accounts, wire links

From docs/SOCIAL.md (the playbook). Accounts need the owner's identity — this issue tracks the decisions and the site wiring.

Urgent — reserve handles everywhere now (squatter insurance; the keel.sh/KEEL namespace story must not repeat):

• X @keeltrading · YouTube @keeltrading · Telegram t.me/keeltrading
• Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn / Bluesky @keeltrading (even unused)

Phase 1 accounts:

• X (EN, dev/fintech; bio carries the honest result first — see SOCIAL.md §3)
• Telegram channel (AR-friendly broadcast; can be fed from /en/news/rss.xml)

Phase 2:

• YouTube channel — Arabic Islamic-finance audience lives there; first videos listed in SOCIAL.md §4 (TUI walkthrough, methodology explainers)

Site wiring after accounts exist (then close this issue):

• Footer "The project": social links
• Organization JSON-LD sameAs + profile URLs (SEO entity graph)
• News page follow links
