Description: We want supervisors to easily be notified when a timesheet is submitted by an associate & be able to easily view that respective timesheet
Note: You do not have to simulate sending a notification for this, it should just show what a supervisor would see on their side when a notification would be received
Main Criteria
-should get message notification when employee submits timesheet stating "Employee X submitted their timesheet on [Time Stamp] & is ready for review" and should be able to easily retrieve these timesheets by some type of "view" button
