NetworkXError: SubGraph Views are readonly. Mutations not allowed

Hi,

I am trying to use DeBaCl but I am getting this error:

NetworkXError: SubGraph Views are readonly. Mutations not allowed

I have:
python: 2.7
numpy: 1.14.0
networkx: 2.0

Any idea?

Hi, thanks for using DeBaCl. Unfortunately, the project is not currenly maintained. My guess is that you're using a more modern version of networkx than what DeBaCl was designed for. Ideally, DeBaCl should have a requirements.md file that would tell you what version to use, but it seems to be missing.
