The UI does not show any detail regarding the service instance just created.
- You fill in the service parameters (according to TOSCA file definition)
- You select the cloud provider
- you are directed back in Service manager screen; instead of this the user should be presented with a confirmation screen stating that the subscription process has ended successfully (or not)
