Ask the market how teams handle production agent execution governance.

Scope

• Finalize question-led posts after Phase 0.
• Open trial issues for local sidecar, MCP ingestion, OpenAPI ingestion, audit inspection, and contract verifier breakage.
• Track responses against docs/validation/signals.md.

Acceptance Criteria

• Posts are live.
• Trial issues are open.
• Positive, warning, and kill signals are recorded after the first response window.

Closing. The repo was repositioned to Agent Native Format in #22 (merged). The headline is now the token-minimal view format; the execution-contract runtime stays as a secondary component. This phase issue was framed around the old Agent Contract Protocol positioning. If the execution-runtime work is still wanted, reopen and re-scope it under the ANF framing. See naming-decision.md.
