INA226 layout include 2x 10Ohm resistor that was not precision resistor, and the sense resistor has 1% tolerance. Layout is also not optimized for noise. All of this has result in more than 2% linear error for current reading.

Add Calibration offset in setting Menu. Unit in percentage.

Alternative is respin the hardware. Not favored.
