Implement a solution for defining, storing, and retrieving emission scenarios, similar to equipment scenarios. Currently, modifying emission scenarios on the fly creates minor issues, such as adding descriptive names. A “database” for emission scenarios, akin to the equipment one, can serve as the ground truth and populate the dropdown in the emission scenario table for user selection of preexisting scenarios. Updates can also be made using the emission scenario group dropdown.
