Different results from `1.2.2` vs `1.3.2`

We noticed different results on the OP_CLB metric between versions 1.2.2 and 1.3.2.
We haven't pinpointed the specific version in which this happened, but our guess is this commit, e623692, because it changes the behavior of BC when there aren't divisions.

Which version matches the CTC official package?

Thanks for the hint. Please use the older version.

The newer version was creatung BC=0 values instead of None values, if there is no Split existing in the sequence. Is currently fixed in branch fix_BC(i) and will be merged after an other issue is solved.

I'll close this issue after the merge.
