- NPO’s goals and technical needs align with our mission and vision
- Request and receive detailed project requirements documentation
If the NPO’s goals and technical needs align with our mission and vision, the VP of Projects requests detailed project requirements documentation from them. Upon receiving the project requirements documentation, the VP of Projects, with the help of the VP of Talents, identifies a Project Manager (PM) who can lead the project.
