[Bug] Loot Window select next item doesn't work

Selecting any loot action with the tweak enabled doesn't select the next loot item, and requires manually selecting it.

The next item function seems to be working as intended only in some occassions, at times I could press it twice and it would work the second time.
Pressing one of the buttons while the last item on the list is selected will cause the timer to appear as 0s remaining
Possible CS issue?

I've experienced multiple crashes due to this exact thing, when rolling on the last item in the loot list!

This tweak is also not working for me, and hasn't since the start of 7.4. I tried disabling/re-enabling the tweak, as well as deleting/re-installing the entire plug-in; all with no success.
