The ruling is that Wise Authority is 智慧权威 in zh (Constitution 1.3), never 人工顾问, and the examples now consult the Wise Authority by each glossary's own term (it keeps "Wise Authority" in English, ar السلطة الحكيمة). CIRISAgent carries a zh-only patch for this (localization/patches/zh_wise_authority_term.diff) and drops it on the next re-vendor.
