For some reason the aoptk tools are not installed or updated correctly. For some tools (e.g. aoptk_normalize_chemicals) the latest version is installed on usegalaxy.cz, but it can't be accessed in the UI - the GUI will always jump back to the galaxy2 version, not allowing the user to select galaxy3 or galaxy4. For another wrapper (i.e. aoptk_find_relationships_chemicals), the latest revision did not get included in the auto-update PR despite being available on the toolshed from the same update as the normalize chemicals tool.
