Commit f107969 moved a ton of footprints (like R_0603) into archived, was that intentional?

This is a mistake, it is upstream of me and I have opened an issue in the relavent repo: yaqwsx/jlcparts#151

I'll revert the changes and I'll pause automatic updates until this is fixed...
