Extension is not available in Server Manager after downloading

After downloading the extension it does not show up in Server Manager to be installed on a specific triplet. The content of the .nupkg package do not look complete.

same here 2.0.1 seems containing just nuspec files.
same goes for 2.0.0
package contents for 1.0.0 seem more complete
so, if I did download 2.0.1 after downloading 1.0.0 and copied files (not present in former, from latter), the result is the extension is available in server manager, though, looking at included files, I wonder how it could work once installed.
