Website update suggestion for installation instructions

The page at https://bgpstream.caida.org/docs/install/bgpstream currently links to https://research.wand.net.nz/software/wandio/wandio-4.2.3.tar.gz. I was not able to download this over IPv4 or IPv6 (timeout for both). Furthermore, 4.2.3 is no longer the latest version of wandio. I would suggest replacing the link with https://github.com/LibtraceTeam/wandio/archive/refs/tags/4.2.4-1.tar.gz

Related to that, the next line on https://bgpstream.caida.org/docs/install/bgpstream#ubuntu has not been updated and should be changed from tar zxf wandio-4.2.3.tar.gz to tar zxf 4.2.4-1.tar.gz.
Furthermore, all of the installing with apt section seems to be broken since for some reason, wandio/libtrace is not available via apt, it shows the following error:

Err:5 https://dl.cloudsmith.io/public/wand/libtrace/deb/ubuntu jammy InRelease The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY

So I think the only solution is to install from source.
