Additional cluster option in the bamtagmultiome.py

Hey,

I am using the the bamtagmultiome.py with the -cluster optio. However, now in my institution I need to specify the localtmp for any job submitted in the cluster, specifically I need to add this argument --gres=localtmp=. As far as I understand is not possible to pass it in the bamtagmultiome.py right ? if yes, would that be something to consider adding ( something like -clusterargs ?
