chore: fix about photos, social links and copy across locales

- serve team avatars locally from /public/team instead of hotlinking prostaff.gg
  - wire real Effront social links (X, Instagram, YouTube)
  - refine EN copy ("professional tools", "powered by real Riot API data")
  - mirror copy changes to pt/es/ko
