Users should be able to see a street view like layer

Using the same technology as the BTUK geoguessor, users should be able to navigate around using photospheres. This would need a page for uploading them as well (maybe some verification process). The photospheres should be dated and ones close together should always pick most recent with options to travel back in time. Moving should be an option. This will likely take up a lot of storage so need to discuss that as well. Maybe have storage on its own machine separately to the main server, with some APIs for accessing photospheres.

This is an option but could be a lot of work for reviewers. The other option would be to have a button to report a faulty photosphere which then sends a message to plotsystem chat (architect and reviewer) with a link to review it. This would be less work for reviewers but could also allow poor quality or unmoderated images. I can add some verification to ensure they're in the right format though
