Users should be able to verify their accounts with a /verify command in minecraft

The current OTC system should be replaced by a custom command on the mc server called /verify or /map verify
this will then send a request to the website using a locked down endpoint that is only accessible from proxy (need to look into this) to update the users verification if need be.
