About keyboard options

1. I saw commit 8174111 in CWR-CE (missing "walk" bugfix). Will it be picked to offical CWR?
2. Unable to assign control keys like left ctrl
3. Unable to remove assigned key (in OFP pressing backspace can do this)
4. slow forward should appear in vehicle page but not on foot page
