Thanks for trying FerrumPix! I'm glad it's making a good first impression. Yes, FerrumPix dynamically loads the LibRaw version installed on your system when using the regular Linux packages. From the version you listed, it looks like you're running LibRaw 0.20.x. Both the Nikon Zf and Fujifilm X-T5 require newer LibRaw support, so that would explain why their RAW files aren't opening. There is an easier option, though: The FerrumPix Flatpak includes a newer LibRaw version, independently of the one installed on your system. I'd recommend trying the Flatpak before making any changes to your system libraries. The only trade-off is that the Flatpak currently doesn't include libmpv support, so video playback isn't available in that version. Photo viewing and RAW editing are unaffected by that limitation. This difference between the Linux packages and the Flatpak is also documented in the [FerrumPix README](https://github.com/Bitpainter75/FerrumPix#good-to-know). If you give the Flatpak a try, I'd be interested to hear whether it opens RAW files from both cameras. And no need to apologize for being new to Linux. Thanks for the detailed system information. |

Thank you so much! The Flatpak-Solution works fine and both RAW files are no problem at all. Just read in README about the difference. |

I recently discovered FerrumPix and am still “playing around” with it. It’s making a very good impression. I have two cameras whose RAW images aren’t supported: the Nikon Zf and the Fujifilm X-T5. The RAW development settings indicate that Libraw is dynamically integrated. On the Libraw website, I read that both cameras are supported in version 22. Does FerrumPix access the Libraw installed on my computer (I have the older version 20 installed there)? I’d appreciate any help! (Tuxedo OS (latest), KDE-Plasma 6.6.6, KDE-Frameworks 6.24.0, Wayland, installed libraw23+64:amd64 021.2-2.1ubuntu0.24.64.2 (Sorry, absolute Linux-Newbie).
