Since we'll be completing the transition with 3.24, we'll start the process here and follow up with R Universe regarding plans for keysigning.
- Store keys at https://bioconductor.org/gpg/bioc-release-3-22.gpg. One for each branch.
- Develop policy for key expiration and rotation.
- Store .sig files in repository
- Use
R CMD INSTALL --build --sign
- Open issues for BiocManager to close loop and sign in R Universe
