Your organization uses an online system to record training you're required to complete. This page covers everything you need. It should take about two minutes to read and rather less to use.
You'll receive an email titled "Set up your training account".
- Open it and click Choose my password.
- Pick a password — at least 10 characters. Type it twice.
- That's it. You're signed in and looking at whatever you need to complete.
The link in that email works once and expires after a week. If it's expired, or you can't find the email, go to the sign-in page and use Forgotten your password? — you'll get a fresh link.
Check your junk folder if nothing arrives.
Sign in at the address your organization gave you. You'll see a list of what's required and when each is due.
Click Start. The course opens and fills the window. Work through it at your own pace.
When you finish, the course tells the system automatically. You don't have to report anything, tell anyone, or fill in a form.
You can stop partway through. Click Save & exit at the top right, or simply close the window. Your place is saved. When you come back, the button says Continue and you pick up roughly where you left off.
A completed training moves to a Completed list at the bottom of your page, with the date.
If everything is finished you'll see "You're all caught up" — nothing to do, and you can close the window.
Each completed training has a Certificate link showing what you completed and when. You can print it or save it as a PDF for your own records. You don't need to send it to anyone; your organization already has the record.
You'll be emailed when something is assigned, again as the deadline approaches, and periodically if it becomes overdue. The reminders stop as soon as you complete it.
If you're getting reminders for something you're sure you finished, it usually means the course didn't reach its final screen — some courses only report completion on the very last page. Open it again and click through to the end.
Click your name in the top right, then Change your password.
The course won't open, or the window stays blank. Try a different browser — Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari all work. If you're on a work computer with restricted settings, that's worth mentioning to whoever manages your training.
I finished but it still shows as outstanding. Reopen it and make sure you reach the final screen. Closing a course early can leave it unfinished even if you read everything.
Too many sign-in attempts. After several wrong passwords, sign-in pauses for about fifteen minutes. Use Forgotten your password? rather than waiting.
I can't sign in at all. Use Forgotten your password? first. If the reset email doesn't arrive either, contact whoever manages training at your organization — they can send you a new link directly.
Your completion records are kept as evidence that your organization met its training obligations. They record what you completed and when — nothing about how you answered.
