Parameter estimation using experimental data

Thanks for the wonderful tool.

I am trying to fit the parameters on my experimental data. May I know how to modify the code ? secondly, my data is very large as compared to the simulated data used in the original code, would the code run on a large dataset (700000 rows)?

Thanks for creating an issue. Assuming you would like use one of our Matlab examples of BattMo I recommend you to have a look at our installation video . Furthermore, a lot of information can be found in the documentation to help you get started.
