Linux: SteamVR Crashes When Switching to OpenVR Mode

Describe the bug?

Linux: When you switch to OpenVR mode, SteamVR crashes. This bug may not be worth chasing at this time as SteamVR is very problematic on Linux and is generally not the recommended way to use VR on Linux.

Steps to Reproduce

Connect to SteamVR using Quest Link. Open Basis. Switch to OpenVR mode.

The expected behavior

SteamVR shouldn't crash.
