In Fabric Version 1.21.1 with the mod version 1.6.4-1.21.1 it doesn't allow you to see the intractable blocks such as the roll bench in recipe menu and JEI (unsure about EMI), etc. and it doesnt let you craft them, even if you unlocked all recipes with the "/recipe give @p *" command
