NA_pairwise_interactions.py - output JSON misses alternate conformers and symmetry operations #43

Hello!
I like your project, it's very useful.
I found out that when I run NA_pairwise_interactions.py to get output in json format (option -f ebi_json), the information about alternate conformers and symmetry operations are not saved there (in comparison with a default txt output). I suspect that also insertion codes are not saved.
The structure which I used: 4ocb.
Please could you have a look on it?
