Modify terraform part 1 storage account for state

In the first part, you create a dummy storage with a container at the end of the first manual parts.

Instead of a dummy container and account, modify this to create the storage and container for the state file that is used in the next parts so there will be no need to manually create a storage account and container since this will be done by the iac
