OCI CCF - Error: "The config for this connector was malformed." - Sovereign Cloud

Installing OCI CCF connector to connect to an OCI Sovereign Cloud (EU / UK etc) endpoint fails with error:

possibly some validation is taking place on the settings that does not allow Sovereign cloud configurations - i.e. streams / resources are not -oc1- ?

To Reproduce
Install OCI CCF Connector, Attempt to connect to valid Sovereign Cloud Streams.

Expected behavior
CCF Configuration should support Sovereign Cloud Streams.

The OCI Stream, credentials, and endpoint have been independently validated and API access succeeds outside Sentinel and using the legacy Function app code. The ARM template and polling configuration perform no client-side validation. Deployment fails only during the Microsoft-hosted OCI connectivity check with OCI40001 "config malformed". This suggests the OCI connector backend may not support OC4/sovereign OCI regions despite accepting the configuration through the UI.
