Deploy via GitHub Actions test fail

Describe the issue:
When Deploy via GitHub Actions according to README.md, the error is as follows:

Repro Steps:

1. Fork the sample repo.
2. Create the required encrypted secrets for the sample.
3. Open the Actions tab, select the Build and Deploy action and choose to run the workflow

Expected behavior:
Deploy via GitHub Actions can pass.
