Should fix layouts for mobile screens. I've included more details with screenshots below.

FAQ section titles are not consistent during wrapping; they should be aligned to the left.
Toggles for compliance categories and cards are inconsistently aligned, creating visual clutter. Should resize cards to the full width of the virtual grid.
