To develop the script to execute Chasten and Mutmut tool, and return a JSON file, here are some TODOs

• Make sure your program has access to Chasten and Mutmut (or any other mutation tool you see fit)
• Figure out where to store the two database after running the two tools
• Format the two output, suggesting a JSON file
• Figure out where to save the JSON file
• Provide the path to all important programs (lazy-tracker)
