ASM optimizations in iOS ARM64 libtheora

Are asm optimizations in libtheora iOS arm64 planned in the near future?
BTW, thank you for your hardwork on this project.

not sure. We'd prefer to solve the problem by adding full WebM support instead of writing arm64 optimizations for theora codec.
