When print finishes or fails, download the timelapse

1. Check the print_status if the time lapse is enabled
2. When the print stops, look for the latest timelapse via FTP
3. Download the video and store it on a docker volume
4. Add backup job to backup the timelapse volume (This only applies to my own server install)
