如图，关闭的特斯拉塔与避雷针之间仍有连接特效

Expected behavior - 预期行为

关闭的特斯拉塔与避雷针之间无连接特效

To Reproduce - 复现问题

1. 放置避雷针
2. 在旁边放置特斯拉塔并激活
3. 用红石信号关闭特斯拉塔，电弧仍然出现
