Flashtool Apple Silicon support and redistribution permission

Hi Androxyde,

I've been working on updating Flashtool to run natively on Apple Silicon Macs.

I've successfully implemented native ARM64 support, updated Java and SWT, fixed several macOS compatibility issues, improved Fastboot functionality and created a standalone macOS DMG.

The application has been tested successfully, including device detection and kernel flashing on a Sony Xperia E1.

I want to continue maintaining these improvements and potentially make an unofficial Apple Silicon build available to the community.

Before doing so, I'd appreciate clarification of the project's licence and whether you would permit redistribution of a modified community build.

I'd also be happy to contribute the improvements upstream.
