  • fix(otel): correct stale single-host claim, document two-replica gotcha otel gained a second replica pod (chi-otel-otel-0-1-0) whose user_files was never populated, causing intermittent 500s as the Service load- balanced across it. user_files is per-pod local disk, not shared - future SPA deploys must check replica count and copy to every pod.
