What needs to happen?
Our colors are a bit off from Thao's design doc - like our colors are a bit more "purple" than "blue".
I've tried to fix them, but I've struggled with the file sheet and getting the changes to fully propagate. It might be related, we also have fields like variant="filled", style="primary" on all our buttons that we've struggled to pull out into the style sheet. If we can clean up some of that in this PR, that would be great, but the primary objective is to get our colors matching the design doc.
