BSP1D requires reference_omp?

While going through the CMake infra, I saw BSP1D explicitly requires the reference_omp backend. But should it not only require reference? (Hybrid is the one that requires reference_omp (and thus also reference).

I also remember this being the case with the old Make-based infrastructure, where BSP1D linked in reference_omp.

I expect solving this is not much work.
