Enforcement: report unacceptable behavior to the maintainer (see pyproject.toml
authors). Violations may lead to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from
the project. This is a research/educational project — it must also never be used to
facilitate fraud, account takeover, or any abuse of OVO accounts; such use and any
contributions enabling it are out of scope and will be rejected.
