Bug: Parameters not saved when creating a new project.

It's reported by CS169 TA that when creating a new project, the parameter will not be saved if you don't click out the textbox.

can you explain more precisely how to reproduce this, and i'll have the project group prioritize fixing it

Description: When update/create a project and add new fileds (it seems that it happens only when "add new" is clicked) to pivotal tracker (not sure if it applies to all other fileds), the filed:value pair is not saved when updated.

Also, sometimes inputed filed:value for pivotal tracker will instead appear in code climate. I'm not sure what will cause this, but it has happened multiple times.
