- Profile tab: A bottom-navigation destination for viewing the active lifter; press and hold to switch profiles or create one.
- Per-profile preferences: Body weight, weight increments, Equipment Rack, workout/audio behavior, LED settings, VBT, verbal feedback, and safety controls follow the active profile and are included in backup/restore.
- Exercise Insights: View profile-specific PRs, estimated 1RM, recent sessions, and volume trends, with a shortcut to full history.

- Progress and cycles: Velocity-estimated 1RM, percent-of-1RM scaling, badges/backfill, PR consistency, and improved training-cycle behavior.
- Health, accessibility, and feedback: Android Health Connect strength exports where supported, HealthKit aggregate exports, System/Light/Dark themes, Android TV/D-pad navigation, timed-set cues, and age-gated VBT verbal feedback.
- Just Lift: TUT and TUT Beast are available in the mode selector.
- Repeat a routine set: Configure a set once; Phoenix expands repeated sets when saving the routine.
- Exercise-history quick view: Review recent history while configuring an exercise during a workout without leaving the flow.
- Previously completed filter: Filter exercise pickers to movements you have completed before.
